Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only allowed with your express consent. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. An informal request via e-mail is sufficient. The lawfulness of the processing activities carried out prior to the revocation of your consent remains unaffected.
Right to file complaints with supervisory authorities

I am not legally required to appoint a data protection officer.
3. Data collection on my website

If you choose to send an enquiry to me using my contact form, the personal data provided there, including your contact details, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and, if necessary, providing or requesting other information related to your enquiry. Mandatory legal requirements such as legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Processing of data (related to customers and contracts)
I only collect, process and use personal data if and to the extent that this is necessary to establish a legal relationship or to shape or change its subject matter. The legal basis for these activities is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows for the processing of data if it is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
The customer data collected will be deleted once the assignment is completed or the business relationship terminated. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
